Monday Morning Leftovers

The loneliest veggies are those left over from the Monday morning vegetable massacre. Why is it that some vegetables go before others? Why do some eventually get eaten, however grudgingly? Why is it that some get stashed away, never to be eaten, and are only discovered when a certain stage of decomposition is reached? Why? Inquiring vegetables want to know.

Cyber Monday awaits.

  3. In the world of Mr. Mick, the only parts of veggies not worth eating are certain stems (kale, for example) and the middles of romaine lettuce leaves.

  5. Well, Racer has a veggie eating scheme that defies explanation too. Why he saves for last what he does - and for so long - ?????

  6. Mint is a fav of my bunnies. Some stems don't get eaten. Rosemary is usually left after a few nibbles...
